I've always seen Crocodile as a mafia man. He had a casino and own organisation. And instead of dogs or cats he had giant crocodiles as pets. Taking things one step further. So what else I should see him? His attitude is one of the worsts there is. He looks down on others, thinking they are trash. So yes, he needs an othet suit. And not whole black like that Marine Ford one. It looks cool... but c'mon... it wasnt all that interesting looking. An yellow tie here is kinda symbolize his pet crocs, bananiwanis. The stripes on his jacket's sleeves and trousers are just to get more animal feel to him. Plus his outfit would look boring without them.
