Great atmosphere in this piece, the architecture reminds me a little of Imperial City from Oblivion

I agree with Ves, I like this one a little better, maybe because I've always been a sucker for rainy days. But I also love the way you painted the small puddles of water and the wet streets *v* I can almost feel the cold watching this picture.
