I always get a message that pops up in Japanese about Java. Is there a way I can fix it?

i found the mistake. it says something about x86 computers so im guessing it doesnt work for x64 computers- it will tell you by showing new text files saying hs_err_pid(and then theres a number here)

FIRST OF ALL,Β DON'T CLICK THE ICON WITH THE LITTLE GUY IN THE TV. THAT IS NOT THE THING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THE THING YOU DO NEED TO CLICK ON IS THE ICON UNDERNEATH IT, THE JAVA ICON.
SECOND, YOU DON'T NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE ZIP FILE. THERE ARE PROGRAMS THAT LET YOU OPEN BOTH ZIPS AND RARS. DOWNLOAD ONE OF THESE THEN DOWNLOAD THE RAR. IGNORE THE ZIP. IGNORE IT.
