I love how he starts talking to her as if nothing ever happened. I guess anyone would react the same way she did if they were in the same situation.

I wouldn't blame Chell for being furious for what he tried to do to her, but you'd think she'd miss the old Wheatley, the REAL Wheatley. With the right guidance, he'd be able to live in the human world, like in Blue Sky.
