I think this is the earliest I've gotten a print out before con season in... years lol. I still have one more [ideally two] to make before Memorial Day weekend rolls around...
Thank you to those of you who came to the streams while I was working on this. You guys are awesome! :D
This will be sold at this and future years at Fanime and Anime Expo. I'll also be selling leftovers over the internet after con season is over~

Took a while getting used to these guys, I had a hard time choosing between Mudkip, and Torchic, I went with the fire one, because I like fire types best. However... I don't have a fav here.

I kind of find it weird that a lot of people are saying that they've been unaware of the hate 3rd gen has gotten. It's sort of a fact of life for me lol. I'm not saying EVERYONE hates it but just through observation, 3rd gen has gotten the most flack...

I don't think my reply to your comment like.. two journals ago got though so I'll try and remember what I said.
First of all, thanks for coming to the streams! Second, you asked for tips and drawing Swampert and really what helps is copying the references in your own style. Also because Swampert's anatomy is really unclear [especially the hands and hind legs] I used a bit of artistic liberty so that his design made more sense to me and I didn't get so hung up on drawing him exactly on model. Hopefully that sort of made sense lol.

It was clear that it would, but it turned out marvelous. And his tail looks to be the proper depth with the shading.

I don't know why the hate.
Well yeah, when I first noticed on my very first playthrough that it didn't had the day/night system, I was a little disappointed, but that didn't stop me from loving these games.
Also freaking Flygon. yeeeaahhahhhhh

The Hoenn region wasn't the funnest to navigate [wayyyyy to many water routes] and the designs on may of the Pokemon were poor in comparison to many other generations. There are other reasons I'm sure but those are the too main ones. I would also argue that the music used in the RSE games were forgettable at best.
Not to say the generation didn't have its gems of course.
