I went in and made the jacket in a new layer, then I used a filter to make it have the shapes, than changed the color with the hue/saturation command.
And the quote is from the Monolith stage. Every stage, at the top left corner while coming into the battle, has a quote. ;D

It is indeed Ragna, but in this picture I used the pallet for 'Hanabi'. Thus is why it is Hanabi, and not Ragna. ;D
