My pleasure I just rendered it here, and it seems it's actually the reflections that cause what looks like pixelation in that round area on the back of its "head"
Maybe trying rendering it at double the size (3200x2400) and then saving at 1:2 ration, to see if anti-alising will help.
Or else, you could save one render with reflections, and one without. Then use photoshop and put the reflections image as the top layer, and erase that part at the back of his head to that the non-reflections image comes through?
