I actually designed this thing back in the day when I drew those gothic lolita dresses. I finally got around to coloring the thing. I think it would be fun to design a long version as well.But until then, I thought I'd have Miss Mona Lisa model the short one for us since she usually goes around without pants anyway.

HOW MONA LISA FROM TMNT CAME ABOUT! (mainly)
Since most fans of TMNT are at least 8, but normally no older than 18, new were around during the 80s, or more specifically, 1987. Mona Lisa came about in 1987 in the original show, and guess what? She was mutated as well! BUT not from the same thing the turles, that is all ive been able to figure out. And, in that timeframe, yes they were hinted at being boy..er... Turltle and girl...Lizard?
