Cell-shaded comish for Wyraachur of FA of this smexy snaky dude here, Tiamat!

Tiamat here is a Cobra-Dragon, hence the horns and wings. ^^ Daaaaaang, I freaking love nagas. Like, so much, I can't even tell you. It's been too long since I've worked on one of these guys, and this dude was a pleasure to do! Makes me want to draw more of my own snakey-boys, hehe.
