This is spectacular! I have no idea what they were thinking. Earning money via commissions by tracing someone's else work?!
And there is more of my art traced there! Thank you for notifying me. I'm not sure if I can achieve anything on YouTube though. But do you perhaps have the person online gallery?

It's one of the more blatant forms of tracing I've ever seen. They practically reproduced every part of your picture, even down to the bars on the background. Were they tryingΒ to get caught...?
Anyway, I think you can do something through YouTube. On the video itself, if you click "more" and then click on "report", you can fill out a copyright infringement form from there. That should be a start.
I had a quick google search and it seems like that person is only on YouTube. However, it's a safe bet that all of their stuff is traced, so that shouldn't matter.

Hey there. I made the whole journal about it. People found the person's Facebook, DeviantArt, Twitter.
Apparently they want to take commissions and most probably use my art to sell them. My jaw dropped after I saw my traditional pencil drawing traced, even with the color of the paper.
Anyway, thanks again. Both for the notice and advice. I'm not sure if YouTube will take it down (long story short: even if it's my work, the character belong to someone else because it was a fanart, moreover, the person actually does something "original" on the YouTube so in the end the video may not be taken down after all).

Yeah, that's the issue. It's kind of a grey area since Lugia is not your IP even though you drew the picture, etc. etc. :C I hope you work it out anyway. I think contacting YouTube regardless would be a good start.

Wow lines in SAI, but GIMP tools have SAI like pen...why? (Gimp tools looks more cool for me o.o even if so many people say that SAI is best for linibg, just try ot? )

Pen in SAI feels more fluid/vivid.
