Aptero Let's say that the baby pokemon has so big and heavy head that it is unable to fly. It also like to bite and chew things but because it doesn't have teeth, it's bite isn't that harmfull.Well, IMO, Aerodactyl has huge head so that's why I created such preevo. Plus I had in mind dull looking Archen.
FerodactylGenerally Aerodactyl was used by many dragon trainers [with Gyarados and Charizard] even if it isn't a dragon. So I decided to create something that could be a dragon type pokemon as its evolution.Instead of giving it third horn I thicked its skull. I think it could use something like Head Smash...

Did you have Rock Head, an Ability the protects the user of all recoil moves like Head Smash, Brave Bird, and Double-Edge for damaging themselves, in mind?
Since Aerodactyl didn't learn these moves except for Double-Edge, I preferred the Pressure Ability for Aerodactyl.
