U T O P I ANo giant builds or space ships. No beautiful robot maid to attend to our every need.
My Utopia is just simple D: *shot for being boring and not sci-fi cool* but yeah, my idea world somewhere with a lot of green and quiet |D
This pic has been a real pain to finish xD; one, I havent had hardly any time lately and two, I just wanted to keep adding to it ^^ I didn’t want to over do it though so I stopped here

Wow, your idea of a utopia is very interesting to think about. However, if I were to elaborate on that, I would probably have written a comment worthy of being an essay, so I'll get to the point. ^_^
The background is very amazing interesting, mainly in terms of concept and design. Also, the girl looks absolutely beautiful, with that outfit and that hat of hers. I especially like the hat. That is a nice hat. ^_^

It ended up great 
One little tips, that I recieved like a year ago, for the shadows on her skinn, use a bit warmer colours, it makes her look more alive. Thought I too think that skinn is hard to colour :S
But hey, I love the background and the colours. It just suits her really good. ^^
