I did this on 12 x 18" paper, scanned in three parts then pieced together. I wanted to see if working larger would make the texture look smoother after shrinking it on the computer... it kind of worked. But now I know, working large with coloured pencil is way more time consuming than CG.. it also hurts your hand. Dx

Yes her head is too big.. I notice after inking it. >< And the symbol on the paper was made up. I may have coloured her outfit wrong, too many variations in doujinshi and stuff.

because when i color it would become a wierd mess.

I haven't played Touhou, but I've always loved Reimei's design and she looks SO pretty in your style! I love the coloring, it's absolutely incredible! ^^ And props to you for using traditional media~ I don't think her head looks too big though, she just looks kind of young. Great job!

Ooh, pretty! I like Reimu, though she isn't my favorite. You didn't get the outfit wrong, unless you wanted to the Old version Reimu or the PoFV Reimu, who has a blue collar thing. Her head looks fine. ^_^

Amazing. Truely amazing how you done the pencil coloring, it looks really good oOo love the dark color of her eyes and how you made it look so natural and the shading is just so good, I simply cannot stop adoring your traditional work!
