It's pure photorealism, it doesn't even look like a render.
The shading is breathtaking, there is so much to look at in the details.
The jeans material shows the typical pattern of it so clear as well as her top that has a great cotton like material.
I like the soft hair a lot and the lights on it are natural and show the single strands clearly.
Her accessories are amazing, the little pearls on her bracelet even reflect the environment.
The golden parts on her necklace that are used to close it, look awesome, I just like how every stone in it shines with a reflective surface.
Also the bag is a masterpiece itself by the shading.
The different surfaces it has are shown so perfectly, the metallic buckle and the harder leather parts to separate the different layers are shown and shaded perfectly.
Her skin looks gorgeous, if I look at the different places, every part of her skin looks realistic. 
How the light shines on her skin is really fantastic.
Though my favourite part of all the awesome shading are her eyes, they are just stunning.
The saturated colours in her iris and the realistic reflection look wonderful.
But also the environment looks excellent by the harmonic shadows and soft lights.
The grass appears so soft and the lights on the wood and stones look marvelous.
With the song it gains a melancholic atmosphere, how Hikari smiles with the bag in her hand, ready to go somewhere to enjoy this summer day.
