I just get back from walk. And Ryuzaki very very jumppy ! But cute ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !My frends dog Akita Kyoko ( Lefts ), on a walks with Ryuzaki ( Rights ), my news 3 month olds puppy Akita !
He get his shot yestarday . So that his first walk ! Me and my frend decidad to walk tham togethar , for Ryuzaki socializig.

Those aren't akitas, they are Shiba inus.

Well comparing this picture with the other picture of your dog, One could be an akita (the picture of the sleeping pup) and the other is a shiba for sure ((this picture)) I suspect they are two pictures of different dogs, due to the markings being different on the face and different body structures. ย Any who, here are some examples of how to tell the difference between Akita and Shiba pups:

If you notice the Akita are more stocky and round. Their faces are fatter and their ears flop a bit because they are bigger. This doesn't go away til they are older. They also just look bigger. You can tell a small breed pup vs. large breed as is the case here.
The shiba inu pups are lean with thinner legs, pointy head and ears, and are small. Much more fox like where Akita are bear-like.
Lastly if it helps any I own an Akita and am a huge fan of them. One of the things that bothers me is that in the newer version of the movie Hatchiko the pup they use for the first part of the movie is a Shiba Inu. They did this because they could have an older dog play the roll of a pup that way it would be better trained and listen to commands. In turn though this makes people thing Shiba pups are actually Akita pups.
