Calm and composed, with clear vision. The same way as he shoots his arrows, he solves his problems. Calmly, with confidence. Doesn't make guesses, acts only when knows what to do, otherwise chooses to avoid the problem, until finding an appropriate way of dealing with it.
If facing vulgarity or cheating, gets angry and might say something mean, like, call the person an 'underage criminal' or something of that sort. Considers people acting that way inferior beings and looks at them with a cold stare.
When attacked tries to immobilize his opponent without causing much harm and informs the right authorities. Doesn't hesitate to call the police, so the local office knows him by name already.
Thinks of humans without goals in life, or with sloppy appearance as of miserable failures. Tries to avoid any contact with them.
A complete stoic. Has suppressed his own desires to the point of seeming asexual. Also, eats food only for nutrition, not to please his taste.
Is obsessed with perfection. Always tries to get the top marks and works very hard in both archery and studying. If has free time, drinks tea in silence and reads haiku.
Othervise kind and friendly. If asked will explain something you don't understand, or help you in any way. But doesn't let anyone close.

H i s t o r y
The first memories he has, is living together with his mother in a small cramped apartment. He was happily spending his early childhood eating sweets and having his mom read him picture books.
One day mother suddenly collapsed and got taken to the hospital, later that day she passed away. After her funeral, Ginnaku got taken in by the Tenou family, and for the first time, being 6 years old, he met his Grandfather and Grandmother.
It appeared that Ginnaku was their only grandchild and thus the heir of the Tenou archery school. So as soon as he got taken in he had to work hard in both archery and later, in studying.
Ginnaku's grandparents were strict and very conservative. And didn't hesitate to punish the boy for every imperfection he had. All the things his mother had thought him, were wrong in their eyes. He was never given sweets, as they are bad. He shouldn't make friends with people who are worse that him. Love, trust, friendship - useless things. It drove him crazy, but he learned to accept it all and thus created a person he is today.
A liar. Liar to please his grandparents, liar to calm himself down. Liar to the point he doesn't understand himself at all. Everything in his eyes is black and white, some people are better, some are worse. All according to his grandparents teachings.
In the dojo, his grandfather told him, that the arrow reflects the state of mind, the colors of ones soul. Only those with clear mind, can shoot the arrow right. He got punished for every stray arrow, as it indicated, in their eyes, his messed up mind. And soon, he learned to lie to his arrows, suppressing all his thoughts, shooting with emptiness in his eyes. Emptiness is also a form of clean space, and since then, all his arrows went straight to the center.
It all resulted into Ginnaku becoming the person he is now - a complete stoic, who can't make any friends, as they might be 'inferior'(imperfect);

T r i v i a
* Unlike his mind, his body is very honest. If he accidentally eats something tasty, his eyes start shining, and expression becomes ecstatic for a moment.
* To become his friend, enormous amount of patience is required, and an ability to break through his emotional walls.
*He will never say 'I love you' or 'I like you', partly because when it comes to emotions like that, he is very uncertain and shy. But if he does fall in love, it will be obvious, even without him telling, but he himself will be the last one to notice anyway.
