P e r s o n a l i t y
Rion is the type of person who prefers stability, and he believes that for there to be stability, there must first be tranquility in himself. Because of this, he has been keeping himself remote and solidly reliable in order to control himself and his impulses. But like a stream in winter, still waters run deep and Rion feels deeply and so intensely that he can be overwhelming when he eases up on his control. His focus on perfecting himself is born from innate stubbornness, while his proactive approach to most situations has its origins in his impulsive, frustrated youth.

- Rion is very capable not only in looks but also in ability: with his clear head and good poker face, Rion is very handy in handling large-scale operations and coordinating events.

H i s t o r y Rion was born the only child to a father whose occupation – a medical doctor – often brought him far away from home for long periods of time. The lack of a mother figure and an absent father made Rion cling to structure and rules for some semblance of normalcy and consistency in his life. Because of his intolerance of anything that goes against the rules, Rion often admonished his peers and, due to his own temper, got into fights with the children in his neighborhood.

Once his father heard of his behavior, Rion was sent to take different extracurricular classes to learn true discipline. These classes, from flute, soccer, cooking and flower arrangement, the one that truly made a difference in him was kendo. Dropping all other classes to learn at a dojo in another district, Rion took to the lessons like a duck to water, even competing in tournaments. At ten years old, Rion made the mistake of over-training for a regional tournament and broke his arm. He fell into a funk, of which he was only broken out of when Claude, one of his father’s patients, showed him that he can be strong and reliable even without the use of his dominant hand. This woke his protective “big brother” instincts for the physically feeble Claude that even after the younger boy left, this experience helped Rion in his interactions with other people.

Since then, Rion rose to the role of an admirable and reliable individual to go to in the eyes of his peers

- Due to the many classes he took, he is actually skilled in many things. His culinary skills are on the level of a housewife, and right now, he’s working on learning how to create desserts. He also displays some musical skills when it comes to flute-playing.
- He has some knowledge on first aid treatment that is secretly tailored closely to Claude's needs.
- He wears a ring on his left hand, a gift from way back in his childhood. Because it was too big when he was a child, he was only able to start wearing it now.
- He uses ”俺”
