We have a lot of them in the dry land wheat country.

Same with the plains east of here. You get out on those numbered county dirt roads and they show up quite a bit.

There is a lot of similarity between Colorado and Washington State (well except for that ocean we have on the left).

The variety is one of the reasons that I love living here…deserts, steppe, prairie, mountains, many lakes and rivers, a rain forest and an ocean.
