It really is in good shape in comparison the most of the abandoned building in that area.
I think because of it's location it was more protected than most.

I am sot of running out of descriptive comments.
The whole "town" is in fairly good shape. It is in the deep draw formed by Douglas Creek so is more protected from the winter winds that blow up there.
