Crappy watercolors and crappy brush. Only one color was used. I got a bit lost in the shading, resulting in the not-so-good form, but oh well.Related content

I don't know why you're complaining! I think it's a very nice loose style, and the monochrome part of it is quite interesting! You should use more crappy brushes! They seem to be doing something for you!

I have zero tallent with watercolor (or anything applied with a brush for that matter) but this is very good. Perspective is interesting and the range of value is good, too. That back leg is the best part

AAAAAAAH. i am overcome with a wave of visual joy. i stared at this for like 5 minutes before writing this. and i almost spelled it 'righting'. dear lord. your artsy skillz0rs have overcome my natural spelling nazi tendencies. it helps, too, that i heartheartheart monochromes. like whoa. it's so undeniably...IN MOTION. if you know what i mean. i hope you do.

I do know what you mean, and I am practically imploding with bliss right now! As for the proportional lack of quality...yes. The legs are off, particularly the hind right. I s'ppose I took the depth perception to a bit of an extreme, but then I wasn't paying attention, really. It was pretty much me going "Wheee! What a lovely blue!"
