Anyone remember "Jet Force Gemini" for the N64? Yeah, pretty much the "Gears of War" of it's time. Great stuff!MAN! This was a beast and a half! K. So this was originally from the little piece I put in for the Smash Bros Meme. I decided to take the lineart and do a whole thing. But when I was done, I was really annoyed with the lineart, too shaky and what not. So I re-did it. Re did the lineart, the color, the shading, and I had to take a couple shots at the secondary highlighting. Ridiculous
But it's finally done! It's done, and I can finally stop losing sleep over it! Not the best, but I'm just glad I can still do humans!
Dunno 'bout you guys, but the background almost seems like something from a "Gillett Fusion" razor commercial!
So hope you like it! And reminisce on the good old days too!

Great action game; this one makes it in my top 10, certainly. The game was so vast and expansive with it's adventure qualities capable of countering Ocarina of Time. I actually often compare the two like anyone would compare Contra to Castlevania.

Oh man, I am replaying the crap out of this game now that I have the N64 again, and I never enjoyed a game so much from the past. I managed to get to the second half of the gameplay as a kid, but I never knew I had to save all the tribals, so I never got close to finishing. Now that I DO know what to do, it's tons of fun to play, and I'm discovering lots of secrets I never knew about before, like the disco room on Ichor.
Good work with the posing and weapons. Also like how I though Gillette before even looking at the description. Still a neat idea for a background though.

Jet Force Gemini was an awesome game. The team of Juno, Vela and their dog Lupus save the galaxy from an evil threat of bugs.

Awesome work on a criminally underrated classic. Now, if I am allowed one minor complaint, it's that Juno's elbows are supposed to be encased in the same blue ball like joints that you see on the leg portions of his armor. Other then that, I can't find anything else wrong with it. Though it would be nice if Floyd and Lupus had also made it into the pic, thus completing the whole team.

I admit, I cut some corners on this one. It was when I was still getting a hang of photoshop, and the size did have me pretty frustrated... still, glad you like it!
