The trees aren't a brush, well, not quite. They're created by doing the following:
• draw in the outline of the forest using a hard black brush with pressure sensitive size (mimicking the behaviour of an ink pen)
• Fill in with a couple of layers of different dark greens with a large grungy brush
• Add an overlay layer and us light and dark colours to give overall form to the forest (shadow along the bottom right edge, highlights on the top left)
• I did use a brush for the tree tips - this is a triangular brush with a fair amount of size and opacity jitter. This helps sell the conifers.
Hope that helps!

So there are actually forests beyond the wall ? I didn't know that. I thought there was tundra.

And everybody else are at war or near that.
One of my theories is that Wall will fall and then frozen shit will hit the fan in the most epic way possible.

Oh, but Carlsberg is Danish. When it comes to snow and (especially) mountains, they know nothing, Lord Frog.
