Well, she didn't fight, she functioned as a diplomat and also attended to the wounded. She's fluent in Arabic and knows the bigger tribes there, so she's trying to shorten the war as much as possible.

I love those two so, so much. Maybe it's just Dawson's generally awesome character that ends up making great buddy-vibes with so many people, I don't know, and I don't care. It's just WONDERFUL.
That and Captain Wellington just looks fantastic, and that's not just because I have a weakness for old-fashioned mustaches and military bearing.

Drunk Eddie isn't a rare sight, to say the least. But to be fair, most of the time in the desert is spent that way. At least it keeps the pain of being stitched up together abay, which is all good for Dawson. Better a drunk and happy Eddie, than a sober cranky one.
And thanks - my goal with Wellington is to make him into one of the super-posh, upper-class aristocratic bachelors, who never looses his cool. I have to admit, he reminds me of someone, and I can not for the love of Gods remember who.

And that moustache is as neatly kept and combed as Hercule Poirot's. Of course it helps keeping your beard in place, when you never change not one single facial movement... And Wellington does not do such things.

He's the Chief Inspector of Mouseland Yard (and my Lestrade stand in for Basil). He's a no nonsense type of mouse and is often at odds with Basil. ^^ His names Octavius.
