Description
This kick was actually held in position by Charlie for quite a while so I could take the picture. I am glad it was not me holding my leg up there I could not have done it. Charlie is a black belt in tae kwon do so he can kick to the head. I kick someone in the head too, but only after I have knocked them down on the ground. Oh well I will just stick to kicking the legs, it's what I am used to in muay thai.
