Nuo seems strange and awkward and I may add how formal he is as well ((since he doesn't really know how to talk to people in a way so he just hopes being polite will be okay)) at first glance but once you start spending time with him he will start loosening up and become much more casual, exuberant and basically be your bro, he is a very attentive, great listener and willing to be with you until you feel better to put it simply, he would put friends his top priority over his work ((he is quite the workaholic and you'll see why!)). When he isn't with friends, in the water he daydreams.

Thats a bunch of good traits, but along with the good traits he has some rather other traits he rather not talk about you see, he can't convey his feelings or thoughts very well which could be a problem. He would become wobbly and cannot say whats on his mind and he also avoids talking about his past and etc, overall he and emotions don't mix well together.

As a child, Nuo always loved mythical beings, fairy tales and more! he loved the idea of the amazing diverse beings in that universe and wishes he could be apart of. The ones who introduced him to that alternative universe was his parents, his mother being the fire type and father a water type, they would read him lots bedtime stories and bought him fantasy story books and Nuo was totally ecstatic! but his favorite would have to be 'the little mermaid' , it automatically appealed to him, he found the creature extremely beautiful and story heartbreaking and perked his interest ((this story influenced him to swim as well!)). As he grew older his fascination for fantasy grew and his parents had gotten a baby brother when he was 4, for some reason his brother was a psychic pokemon it probably has to do with older ancestor genes. Most of his grandmas, grandpas and great great ancestors has been water, fire types and his parents immediately grew to love him, even more so that his brother became the favorite. From there it only grew rougher, his parents was snippy with Nuo and at times forgot he was even there because he was so quiet and they were especially judgmental with him meanwhile his brother received all the attention and praises. His school classmates didn't help at all, they teased him about his interests and appearance. He started becoming rash, sly and provocative because of this experience, he seemed intimidating back then but he also had his good side only his brother got to see. Nuo envied and heck, at the same time he greatly admire and loved his younger brother although he hated the fact he couldn't hate him because he is actually a great person, his younger brother was smart, sociable and loved by all. His rough period ended at 16, Nuo mellowed out and stopped the bad habits altogether ((he wished he didn't do such bad choices as a young teenager, once knocked a guy unconscious for whatever reason he can't remember)), however he still held a grudge against his parents but nevertheless, he was polite with them. You may ask if his passion for mythical creatures and fairy tales faded as he grew, that never happened Nuo had always had the thought of at least two current favorite tales in his mind, they kept him going. As he slowly reached the age 18, many expected him to find a job, lets see. Becoming a doctor wasn't a choice, because he isn't so smart, a firefighter? well.. That seems pressuring. Many jobs didn't suit his interest until he visited an aquarium with his sibling, he saw a pokemon performing as a mermaid and swam with such elegance, he decided to revisit his old hobby back then and practiced. After years of practice, he applied for a job as an underwater performer and been accepted! this is truly a dream come true, he gets to become the mermaid and he loved the whole idea.

Underwater Mermaid performer -- its just as exactly how you imagine it, he dresses up and performs as a mermaid.

- In his inventory he has a plastic case of rubber bands ((why does he have those? well, they are practical and how Nuo wears them on his wrists to remind himself of a particular event, then he has his phone and very squashed waterbottle-- he uses it to relieve stress by pressing it and when thirsty he drinks from the bottle ((killing two birds with one stone :'DD.

- He loves reptiles! each of these different looking reptiles reminds him of dragons and some sorts
- Nuo was thinking of moving out of his parents house, but his brother stopped him from that action. Nuo loved his brother very much and stayed for his sake and told him he'll merely stay for a while.
