Description RAWR. Old drawing from early spring 2010. I believe I used a reference photo from Google for the pose. But sadly, I cannot remember where I got it. I will update this when I find out.

Pen&Ink on watercolour paper.

Watercolours kick my ass whenever I try to use them, lol. They're really hard to control I think. This is impressive.

Thank you!

I actually used coloured inks, so they tend to be a little more permanent when compared to watercolours. They tend to be a tiny bit easier to control, or at least in my opinion. Don't know how to describe how they are XD

yup, it's all ink. I have about 8 bottles of different colours of ink (and black).

I don't know why it's such a surprise to me that you can buy bottles of ink. Hahaha. Do you dilute it with water the same way people do with paints?

Yup, I mix it with water and use similar watercolour painting techniques. To me it just feels that the inks have a more permanent feel and can be a little heavier. You can't really lift ink off a paper like you can with watercolours.

yeah, makes sense, no worries. Visually they're not all that different, inks vs. watercolour. Working with them makes them feel a lot different.
