I just draw those things for more than 10 years.

and in 15min I would have got done with nothing. I basically have no idea where to start. I have lots of ideas though.

draw a stick figure, then start adding mass and details, it's a good start

I learned how to draw the comic book way. Start with a stick figure, fill it out, and then add detail. It can be time consuming, but the steps make it easy to get size ratios and body proportions the same for a character every time you draw. You should try learning to do it that way. It might help you get what you want on paper more easily. I also find working with pencil and paper in front of me makes things easier. g10w did this on a pad of some kind. I tried it for a while and couldn't get used to my hand moving and the results appearing on screen instead of where my hand was. He does it so fluidly and naturally. He could easily have a professional career in art with that talent.
