I'm glad to hear I'm inspiring! haha. They're all posed in zbrush. The original intention was to set them up for print. I actually just sent one of them off last week so we'll see how that turns out.

Β Β Awesome! I hope it turns out great! Im keeping an eye on your page for future works. For some reason its easier for me to understand how to aproach sculpting stylized characters while looking at great sculpts like these instead of a 2D reference. when i look at a 2D drawing its kinda hard to find out how the proportions should look from the "side" view in particular, like you can get away with sooo many things when you draw but in 3D it has to be "perfect" if you know what i mean xD(i think im not making any sense)

I know what you mean. Translating 2D to 3D is the biggest challenge of a 3d artist if you ask me. When transferring a design to 3D it often takes a level of design in itself. More often than not you're making adjustments to the design to make it work in all angles. It takes a lot of practice and I'm still working on that skill myself.

I'm more concerned about the cost. I'm using a service to have them printed so each would take a coupe weeks to get and then I paint them.
