Well, this turned out shit-er than I could have dared imagine.Anyway. The theme for the prompt contest - can I enter this into it? I don't know - was Protection. Anyway. I was just thinking that I can see 2P Mattie being a bit more... insistent about not being a protectorate state.

Only I'm pretty freaking positive that he declared independence with his shirt /on/. I just like drawing backs.

Oh, Canada...But yeah, I think Canada at least was wearing a shirt when he declared independence. I say nothing for France....No, wait, it was England. Damn. But the funny thing was that I was about to give you a link to your own story. Derp.
