2P France would never let anyone forget that he was an empire. It irks me a lot that the fandom seems to forget that. Napoleon, anyone? They were emperors.As you may or may not have guessed, my theme was Empire.... And I can't see 2p!Arthur as an empire. At all. You don't conquer people with cupcakes. Trust me, I've tried.

Okay! Info time - now that my submissions have stopped playing silly buggers.
This was done with a clutch pencil, an inking pen, gold craft paint, water colours and a white gel pen.
A day for pencils, a day for lines, about 3 days for colour.

nah I've been running this rp where the mirror world (2p) wants to escape and take over the 'real' world, Russia acts as leader and France is more or less playing this game of 'yeah you have to stop him because personally I like things the way they are' leading the 1P cast into this elaborate trap of his because he's really the one behind it all. its a beautiful thing 8D
