AVAILABLE ON PC!

Woo. This is the second art work from our Xbox Live Indie Games " They Breathe, which was JUST NOW released on Xbox Live Indie Games (the first one being this: [link] )
So, I'm kind of postin' this to celebrate the release.

This was the second artwork I made for the game.. purely for PR-purposes, I suppose. With this I wanted a colder and deeper look, and as you can see, there's glimpses of the bottom here unlike the previous image.

What's going on in this body of water.... find out in the game

*More info here: [link]
*'Also, if you want to, vote for the game as indie of the year on [link]

I played the game...and I have to say...I am both inspired and unnerved. XD

This game is beautiful, and it keeps you wondering "WHY?" Why is the forest flooded? Why are the aliens here? Why the frogs? Why everything here?"

I actually like games like this (games that obviously have a story behind it, but don't tell you up front what the story is), and I wish there were more. Games like this open themselves up for the players to discuss and create theories as to how the events in the game came to be. From the art to the music/ambiance, to the unique lack of tutorial (was confused at first, but I felt sort of accomplished when I learned how to play/defend myself in the game) overall beautifully done, good show to you and your whole team~ ^ ^ Hope to see more of your work in the future! Cheers!

So glad to hear we inspired (and unnerved!) you!
Why why why indeed, most things are explanied Β somehow, either by "game logic" or if you read about the game in the "Making of" revealed in the end

We like games like these too, without hand-holding and stuff, where the discovery how things work etc is gained through gameplay. I recently started palying Bloodborne and realised that that game was like that too (no comparison in any other way to They Breathe haha!)

Anyways, glad you liked the game! Spread the word, scare your friends, and hopefully we'll make more games like this in the future : )

Indeed, most of my questions were answered somewhat, though, others were answered and yet, raised more questions. But, I think that's part of what makes this such an interesting play.

I wish there were more games with this sort of thing, letting you figure out for yourself how the game works through trial and error. Some people would disagree, but eh. Bloodborne...huh...well, I never played, but I've heard about the game through a friend of mine, and from what I've heard, I could kinda see the similarity, the trying to find answers to your questions through the story and gameplay.

Oh, without a doubt, I'm passing this game along. Already had a few friends and even family play it (inadvertently, my 8-year-old cousin loved this game, even drew the frog and one of the "cows", believe it or not. ). Definitely looking forward to any other game you guys make! Cheers!

You guys really should consider a Steam release, this game looks so conceptually interesting and well, I don't have a 360...

Either way, this work is just stunning.
