Description A picture of Mega Man, created as a thumbnail (which ended up getting some color) for Game Artisan's Ongoing 8-bit Character challenge. I'm gonna create this version of Mega Man in 3D later :]
Though I just might post it here anyway.

*Was thinking that he could use the slot in the gun arm, to load some of the canisters in his belt, to change weapon from the buster to one of the bosses'.

Other me is doing Mario, check it out!

*Guess you could say he's The Protomen inspired too

This reminds me of one of those deep-sea diving suits, and the grittiness and dark colors also make me think of being deep underwater. A very nifty take on Mega! ^^

It looks pretty nice so far! It still has that deep-sea diver look the drawing had, and I bet the texture will make it all dark and worn like the drawing. ^^

Thanks :] Unfortunately, one of our computers died so I couldn't finish the 3D-version of this one, but it's in the works... and will be finished eventually Although, I think this concept will always be the cooler version... he 3D-version has to be pretty low-poly due to the game artisans's challenge rules. Too bad it's just a low-res thumbnail though.. maybe I'll draw a more high-res picture of this Mega Man design soon-ish :3

Thanks! :] It's actually just a rough thumbnail with sme color, I regret that I didn't do a proper render of him now that I've seen how much people like this version.. but I'll sculpt him in 3D atleast

If we ever true to make powered suits that have hand cannons, this is how I expect them to look.

Haha, yeah, that would be cool. But let's hope they won't start building stuff like this anytime soon, we've got enough weapons and probelms in the world as it is Maybe we could use a Mega Man to clear thing up.

Maybe we could use Mega Man to act like Iron Man. Just go around the world, destroying all the world's weapons so they go back to fists and clubs...maybe even swords.
