you could make another image of this wikipedia style, only with a Brazil that followed the real historical line until 1889, where the emperor Pedro II reacted to the coup, and the proclamation of the republic would be known only as the rebellion of 1889. the main change from this brazil to true brazil would be the northern portion of the country, which would be different since brazil probably would not cede land

Do you mean the disputed areas between Brazil and Guyana around rondomia as well as the border with Peru and Colombia, which were set around 1905-1910? The border with Venezuela was already fixed by the 1889

yes, those same. not to know for sure how it would be, but probably these territorial disputes would have a different end if Brazil were an empire, now if it means that it would have more land or it is not difficult to know.
