Nice work here. Yeah, it reminds me of the most iconic Watchman, but it appears to be a mini-golem.
Then again, there is a giant golem in Isshu.

It has eyes on the bottom of the "bell" part if I'm not mistaken, not that their in view in yours anyway though.

yeah, you'll notice some green lines there. I did the angle on purpose as there's no image yet that shows a good view of how his eyes are.
