Yesterday I found out that Stephen Hillenburg the creator of SpongeBob SquarePants passed away on November 26 at the age of 57, as someone who grew up watching SpongeBob this was absolutely heart shattering, this is one of the shows that inspired me into Drawing, Learn about Sea Life, and Cartoons in General, without SpongeBob none of the stuff I like to do would be here.so to honor him I made this picture of SpongeBob mourning while Patrick and Squidward comfort him.
Rest In Peace Stephen Hillenburg you're with Ernest Borgnine now.
