Description
I never really watched Spongebob until I was about 12 years old, due to being rigid in the shows I usually watched back then. However, when I started watching the show out of curiosity, I found all the characters very interesting. Even my parents, found them a bit funny and ridiculous. I just wish I could've gotten into the show much sooner.
Through out the years, I collected Spongebob merchandise here and there, from cool T-shirts to soft plushies. You could say that every once in a while, I went on a Spongebob shopping frenzy.
And now I come to the points of why I discussed my interest in Spongebob and made this drawing. This is a tribute to Mr. Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of Spongebob who recently passed away. Thanks to him, Nickelodeon has a mascot who is just as famous as Disney's Mickey Mouse and WB's Bugs Bunny. I believe we will all remember him for that.
Farewell, Mr. Hillenburg. And thanks for contributing a sponge to the world of animation
