I like the focus here, the blur in the background and foreground help to isolate the subject nicely.
Other than shifting the ladybugs to the right slightly and possibly trying to collect soem ladybugs on a plain background (such as white or balck thin card, curved slightly to create an 'endless effect'.) I think this is well shot.
