(The title was supposed to be "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" but there wasn't enough room for that.)Okay, so those of you who know me know that Tim Burton is a disciple (sp?) of God. Not really, but that has become a running joke betweena friend and myself.
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was one of my favorite movies growing up. Still is. And about a year or so ago I found out that Tim Burton was directing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, his rendition of the original movie which will be truer to the book. I FREAKED OUT. Of course, I've been waiting FOREVER for it to come out. I saw the preview for it when I went to see The Series of Unfortunate Events movie and was so excited I could barely concentrate on the movie.
So when I saw the actual poster, I thought "This would look amazing in crosshatching." So thats exactly what I did. Bwahahaha.

..So Charlie and the Chocolate factory is kinda a remake to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory? I think I saw that Willy Wonka movie once on Tv (or movie ?) when I was still a child (about at 4-6 years old) I guess..
But anyway I like Tim Burtons movies too, my favourite movie from him is "The Nightmare before Christmas"!

I have no favorite. I have been a fan of his since before I knew it (When i was 7 or 8 Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, and the Nightmare Before Christmas were my favorite movies. Little did I know...)
This new movie is supposed to be more of a movie version of the Roald Dahl book rather than a remake of the 70's movie. Tim Burton says that Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was "sappy" but I liked it.

No problem ^_^ I can't really remember how the movie was like, co'z I was still young when it came on t.v. (or movie?). I guess it was nice movie anyway. (I mean, look at the sweets, chocolates and stuff)
"Charlie and the Chocolate factory" sounds very interesting, I hope I can see it someday.
