The morning came, and with it, Thawn and I sailed through the sky. I didn't notice the rain, I was just lost is how the clouds changed colors, Thawn's scales matching them. We were closer and closer to the chasm, but I wasn't afraid, not with such a dragon by my side. My friend. He told me I'd always be safe with him.3-8
This piece gave me quite a bit of trouble. Throughout this series I'd been inflicted with self doubt about my abilities. So unsure if I could actually pull it off. I'm very glad I kept going, though.
