When it comes down to birthday gifts I get experimental. Sorry if the colors hurt anyone's eyes. x'D
I'm rather pleased with this; it took about 2 hours to do, though it seriously felt longer than that, haha. This is a neat coloring style, and I feel prone use it again in the future.

Somehow I never caught on that Vexx is a shiny bulbasaur until now. How weird.....

He is indeed a shiny! Normal bulbasaurs actually are teal with bright green bulbs....though I'm so used to Vexx's colors that the normal color looks like the shiny/abnormal color.
The heavy amounts of lighting were intentional though.
