these are all of the g1 dinobots in a FOC style. we've got the original 5 along with grimstone, paddles and skar. paddles was a dinobot stationed on earth and specialized in aquatic combat. skar was grimlock's best friend until he was accidentally killed by grimlock. he never received a dinosaur mode, (before they had their dino modes, they were called Dynobots)but is represented here as a raptor. i made my own custom grimstone. i used the slag body and added a total of 12 more spikes (other than the original 3 horns) and claws to that feet. i also added a bigger center horn and i enlarged the muzzle. i want to give great thanks to ps2105 for making both paddles and skar in the FOC style. you did a great job on both of them and i really appreciate it. you really deserve this. thanks again.Related content

I like this. That's exactly how I pictured Skar looking as a Dinobot. And I like the way you did Grimstone, too. I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with Paddles though. Is he from Dreamwave or IDW?

I really need to start collecting them for my personal archive of graphic novels. I hope they have one for TF: Prime: Beast Hunters: Rage of the Dinobots. I've been meaning to read that. Glad they have all 5 original Dinobots in it. Having only 4 just seems a little underwhelming, though I'm not apposed to the idea of having 1 or 2 more. I don't know much about Paddles, but the idea of an aquatic Dinobot as an ElasmasaurusΒ is appealing. Grimstone looks like he'll blend in well, there's always room for another memberΒ of the Ciratops family. I hope Skar makes a comeback in another continuity, but stays alive to become either a Raptor or a Spinosaurus. That'd be awesome.

that dude is skar. he is an original g1 character. he used to be a Dynobot (yes, with a y) and got killed before he acquired a dino mode. but his supposed dino mode is a raptor.

I mean to the age of extinction movie they've been trying to reveal a lot of the characters in there robot modes such as the dinobots and a few others

oh yeah. this list of characters came up recently detailing characters and their vehicle forms. it also had a paramount logo on it, but i think its a fake. optimus was recently revealed to have 2 vehicle modes (the western star, and the rusty truck) but that doesn't appear on the list. too much speculation that we can't concentrate on the actual facts.
