It has been many years since the Pevensie children landed in Narnia through a magical wardrobe. They had saved the kingdom from the White Witch Jadis and taken their rightful thrones as the Kings and Queens of Narnia. But for all the wonders of this beautiful world, there are many burdens and responsibilities for its Kings and Queens. While the White Witch is no longer a threat, Narnia still has other enemies.

Finally, after a long day, the High King Peter found solitude in a small clearing by a tiny stream not too far from the great city of Cair Paraval. A single tree stood in the clearing, its lush green leaves calling to him as they swayed in the wind. The young king closed his eyes and let the small wonders of his kingdom sing him a gentle lullaby to soothe his weary soul.

FINALLY the Official Final version of Even Kings Need Rest. I really have to Rename this though - that title is long and lame.

Ok actually I lied...this is Final v.1 because I'm sure I will want to change it again some time. The bg is still really terrible - not to mention the grass. But well this is all I can do at the moment. I finally got off my butt to finish this to practice working on a commission that also deals with a forest. I've got higher hopes for that one.

Anyway, hope the improvements are noticable and really are improvements!

I am actually considering adding some design on the black borders to make it a little fancier rather than plain black. Any ideas? Any good designs or brushes? Thanks!
