East(ish) of Reed Hill where the rolling meadows of the midlands sink toward the Dance Marshes, Mirecourt grew over generations from an ironically-named castle village to a prosperous-if-occasionally-flooded full-time market town. While delvers know it for things like the eccentric Slime alchemists' orchard and as the home of the infamous Old Manor Inn, it has a lot to offer to sane and reasonable farmers and tradesmen, too.
