I was dreading how it was going to turn out.
I tried to make the closed eyelids darker, and the same shape as the eyes to balance the sides out, but that's exactly how it looks like.

I totally understood that they were closed eyes, I was just poking fun at ya. It looks great as always man.

But don't try to fight the Freudian subconscious; people are always going to sex organs no matter what you're drawing. Just embrace it, haha.

I was just really worried how the client was going to react to the closed eyes, but luckily he likes it.

yeah! Too right.
With most commisions, my main concern is making sure I nail something for the client.

When it comes to personal work, I can do whatever I want, but payed work is very particular.
If someone happens to like my personal work, and buys it, that's cool, but if someone is employing me, I always have a little freak out.

Yeah, I hear ya there. You're a lot more established than I am, so I know you get a lot more clients than I do, but the hand full that I've had, I always freak out about it not being good enough or having a miscommunication or something. Especially after you put so much work into it.
