Mew, and by extension Mewtwo do have fur, it's just microscopic (at least according to the Pokedex)

Actually, Mewtwo and Mew are not hairless. Their fur is just so tiny and fine that it needs to be seen by a microscope. This is just the long-haired version

they might as well be hairless since you can't see it so that's why a lot of people just see them like hairless cats
