Thank you! To get the 3D effect you merged everything then duplicate that layer. Once that is done you go to your layers bar and double click the panel (next to where it says the layer's name). This will bring up a menu, and you'll see a series of boxes called R, G and B. Uncheck the R box then close out of the window. Now go to the duplicate layer and move it a couple pixels in any direction (up, down, left, etc). It will create a 3D feel! You can erase areas where you want extra focus on, like the face or any focal points.

Wonderful pic! I just love the mood you create through lighting! In my personal opinion, the color blur is a little bit too distracting here. But what an amazing piece - that glowing background mountain alone!

Wow!
I love the fluid movement of the two tokotas, they are so dynamic and wonderfully drawn, and their riders are equally so. The expressions are ones of determination on the tokotas, and almost aloof on the humans, which is a great contrast.
The background is mesmerizing, I love how it is ever so slightly blurred, adding the affect of extreme brightness against the snow. Plus, it doesn't detract from the subjects, in fact it adds to them.
