You know, I did buy a whole set and then I was surprised at how lightly they engage with the surface, like an asthmatic mountaineer, if that makes any sense... I have to do some more experimentation to find the kind of intensity and texture translation I am looking for...

I'd love to see some more experimentation from you! I'm sure you would master the pencils in no time!
And I must admit, I'm EXTREMELY heavy handed with the Prismas....I break them all the time because I press so hard. I guess that's how I get my rich colours, though. But I wouldn't work with them any other way.

I'm not really "into" this sort of style, but I always try and do what I get commissioned to do! I do like the markers though, they are a very quick and effective medium!
