Well, you don't need all that! PureRef is a free wonderful software to handle references pictures for drawings and models. ZBrush is for sculpting, but Blender is free and can replace ZBrush, 3dsMax and UVLayout (open UV maps for texturing). Substance Painter is for map baking and painting textures. Photoshop is for texturing retouching. Ornatrix is for hair and fur, ad VRay is a renderer like Corona, Redshift, and so on. So, there are multiple workflow options!
