~7~ The Plot Twist

Telkcihc was half asleep and sitting on the roof of Ised's house. He jumped when he saw Tarashi burst out of the house running into the woods, crying.
When she was pretty deep in the forest, she fell to the ground crying so hard she could hardly breathe. She heard a flutter of wings then Telkcihc footsteps approaching. "What's wrong?"
Tarashi refused to answer.
"Please tell me."
She looked up into at Telkcihc, tears streaming from her eyes. She explained it to him.
"Oh, Tarashi..." He bent down and wiped the tears from her eyes. "Isarat," He spat. "Took over when you passed out and..." He explained it to her.
Tarashi stared without blinking for a few minutes. "And I missed it?" She said with a smile.
Telkcihc pulled her into a hug. (AN: I suggest intermission here. Things start moving VERY fast VERY soon )

"Oh, Telkcihc~" The evil woman who blew up Telkcihc's house said. The two jumped to their feet and Telkcihc stepped in front of Tarashi.
"It's time for you to die~" she finished, and then leapt at him with a knife.
"Run, Tarashi." Telkcihc said while pushing her backwards. She staggered and then complied unwillingly. She ran from the fight scene, and then started crying again when she heard a males yelp of pain.
She ran until she couldn't run anymore. She fell to her knees, and sat there for what seemed to be an eternity, staring blankly at the leaves on the ground. If Telkcihc died, she couldn't go on. Wouldn't. He was the light that saved her. If that light were to go... She would fall back into the dark depths in her heart..

She heard footsteps and recognized by the sound that they were NOT Telkcihc's. She squeezed her eyes shut, not knowing or caring about what would happen next.
Aevil's voice wafted into her ears. She looked up at him.
"I said, are you alright?" He said again.
She stood up. She took a step toward him, and then another, and another..
He hugged her. She buried her face into his chest.
She felt a prick at her neck. She tensed. He withdrew the needle from her neck, grinning the most evil grin you could imagine.
Everything went blurry, then black. It started to rain.
Aevil felt her body slump, and caught her. He looked up. He pressed something in his ear and said, "I got her."

The woman who attacked Telkcihc jumped backwards away from the man she was attacking, then high up onto a tree branch. She touched something that was in her ear also and said, "it's about time! This guy was getting pretty violent!"
As if in reply, with a falcons screech, Telkcihc dove at her in falcon form.
"Oh shit!" she yelled and jumped out of the way. Telkcihc came back around and dove at her again. She caught him and threw him against the tree.
He changed into a human and landed on all fours on the tree branch she was standing on. She walked over to him and said "Now let me tell you something" He looked up at her. She continued. "Why would I kill you?"
He blinked.
"Why would I kill you, when you're ALMOST the last of a dying race?"
How did she know all this?
She suddenly twitched, as though someone just yelled at her. "Well, I've been ordered to distract you, which I have done quite successfully done if I do say so myself." She disappeared.
Telkcihc stared at the empty space as realization dawned. They weren't after him to kill him... they didn't even want him dead at all. They really wanted his...woman.
He tried to reach Tarashi, but found that she was unconscious... and that other all-to familiar consciousness awakened.

Green eyes opened. Isarat was being carried by someone. It was odd, because the drug was meant to put her to sleep, when it woke another... But the drug had made it so that she couldn't move.
