~2~ Tsk, Tsk, Gaara

Temari took a step back, not knowing what he might be planning, hoping that he wouldn't still be craving more... blood.
Kankuro saw that she wasn't going to ask the burning question he did. "Um, Gaara? Where.. where have you been dear sweet brother?"
He grinned and said, "A little walk."
"L-little??" He said increduosly, staring at his bloodied brother (none of it his, of course), He saw that the blood was licked off everywhere the boy could possibly reach.
"They attacked me first. I WOULD have let them live."
They twitched and Kankuro said, "Well, we should unpack.. Unlike you, WE haven't had all night..."
There were two bedrooms. Gaara got one while the other two shared the other. The apartment had a few small rooms, two of them being bedrooms. Neither Temari nor Kankuro wanted to share a room with Gaara.. Even if they weren't going to ever be asleep at the same time.
Temari finally spoke. "You two gotta go to school in a few days." She looked as though she were about to laugh. " In other words, I'm babysitting you foriegn exchange students." She looked like she was going to add more but didn't when she could hear sand churning somewhere nearby.

~The next day~
A lone old man went walking down the street. It was early moring. He walked down this street at this time every morning. Until today.
As he came near a corner that he was about to turn onto, he noticed that there some dark color spray-painted around. He passed that off as normal. But as he rounded the corner, he screamed. It looked as though many people had been blown up. The sick smell wafted over him and he gagged. It was hard to tell what HADN'T been covered in blood. He almost missed the one that had lived, as he was so covered in his buddies's blood.
The man that had been unconscious was awake and had been for at least an hour, crying, but he couldn't move. His spine was injured. He moaned out to the old man for help.

A few minutes later an ambulence arrived and took him to the hospital. Police questioned the old man. The old man recounted what he saw and explained what the guy had told him.

~A few days later~

Gaara watched as the sun began to peek from behind the horizon.
With his killer (pun intended) sense of hearing, he heard the alarm clock go off, all the way from the roof top. He sat up and thought, 'The sun hasn't even risen yet.. Americans really choose to awaken at this time?' He shook his head increduosly, and stood up, shaking the morning dew off of him.
Kankuro rolled over and pressed snooze. Was it time already?
He probably would have fallen back asleep, if he hadn't felt the penatrating stare on him. He opened his eyes and almost jumped out of his skin. Gaara was watching him from about a foot away. The last time Gaara was so close to him, the boy had nearly killled him. His heart rate went higher when Gaara smiled as though he could hear it. He probably really could.
Kankuro's heart rate went even higher when Gaara said "How can humans sleep so peacefully when there is extreme danger so close to them?"
It took Kankuro a couple of tries before he could find his voice. "Uh... We should get ready for school..."

Since he was in a new country, no one knew that he had Shukaku inside him. He wanted everyone to think that he was (mostly) normal, even just for a short time...So he couldn't take the gourd with him, or threaten anyone with sand. (AN: But isn't that his charm?)
So, for the first time in his life, he left the place he called home without his gourd. Which, indeed make him extremely nervous. Although he stuffed sand into all his pockets, which today he had a lot of them.

The whole way there, Kankuro informed Gaara about the terms and phrases that Americans used.

As they approached the school, the tension that radiated from Gaara was tangible. Kankuro whispered to Gaara "Calm down, Gaara, we aren't doing anything dangerous.."
Gaara just glanced at him and muttered back "I'll be good."

Kankuro had most classes with Gaara, to help keep him in check. A few classes went by without problem.
While one of Gaara's teachers was taking attendance, he saw a sidenote that said, "Please be careful with Gaara. He is special. He gets very psychoticly angry easily." The teacher laughed. Shouldn't he be in an insane asylem then? He tossed the note in a trash can, passing it off as made up shit. But he did have to see if he could piss the kid off.
Gaara could see it in the damn teachers eyes. He could tell that he was not going to be very intelligent. His pencil case started to shake from the sand it held.
"So, Garah. Why does your mom let you wear eyeliner?" The teacher sneered. The pencil case exploded.
Gaara jumped up from his seat. Kankuro jumped up too. "Gaara! Don't.."
Gaara glared at his brother for a second and then continued to give the teacher a death glare. Somehow no one saw the sand.
The teacher smiled and said, "sit down you two." Kankuro immediatly complied. Then Gaara did, it taking a second to long to, making the teacher angry. "Normally, I would give a detention for an outburst like that. But, since it's your first day, I'll let it slide"
Gaara muttered, "You better."
The teacher turned around. "What was that young man?"
"Nothing, Mr. Bhakah" (AN: Ok, so I have to name this teacher. His name will be Mr. Bhakah. Although, he will be called mr baka from time to time. )
"Garah, you better clean that mess you made with the pencil case." The teacher added.
Gaara looked at all the scattered plastic chunks. This might take a while.
